All applicants must have GCSE mathematics and English at grade C or above.
280-300 points from A2 (6-unit) or 12 unit awards from a minimum of 18 units (any combination of VCE units/AS level units/A level units).
280-300 points from at least two appropriate subjects at ‘A’ level and a third appropriate subject at ‘A’ level or two appropriate subjects at AS level (not including General Studies). It is expected that applicants have studied at least one science subject (inclusive of chemistry, physics, biology, mathematics, PE/sport science, IT, economics, sociology and psychology are accepted). General Studies and Key skills are not accepted for the purpose of making initial offers but can be seen to add value to the candidate’s application.
BTEC: 280 points Distinction, Merit, Merit profile from a related (i.e., scientific) BTEC
Scottish Qualifications: 280-300 points from five subjects. Three of these subjects must be at an Advanced level and include one science subject.
