Our professional admissions staff will work with you to make your School of Mines education a reality. We will help you complete the admission process, which involves submitting an application and sending us your test scores and transcripts.

The best way to know if the School of Mines is right for you is to visit. In addition to special visit events like Visit Mines, you can schedule a visit weekday morning or afternoons or by special appointment at many other times.

The Admissions & Registration offices at the Skagit Valley College campuses and centers are available to help you through the admission and registration process. If you are unable to come to campus, most enrollment processes are available online, just click a link on the left that suits your needs the best.

Applicants must possess the following:
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution;
2.75 grade point average;
An official transcript from each institution attended;
3 letters of recommendation; and
A goals statement.

A major in kinesiology, physical education, or a related field is highly recommended but professional experience will be taken into account, and prospective students with experience and a degree in an unrelated area are encouraged to apply. Please contact us to request an application.

Description

The Bachelor of Science with Honours at Lincoln University is unique in that it is firmly anchored in the needs and issues of the real world.

How to qualify

Admission to B.Sc.(Hons) is by application, and is open to students who have completed a B.Sc., another relevant Lincoln University undergraduate degree or an equivalent degree from another university.

To qualify for a B.Sc.(Hons) students may satisfy the requirements for one of the named majors or devise an individual major to suit their interests. Typically students will have completed the requirements of the appropriate undergraduate major to gain entry to a named honour’s major.
